Not just a blog but a way to show my passion for helping others gain confidence.

Not just a blog but a way to show my passion for helping others gain confidence.

I’m excited to start this blog! This is my personal story on how I arrived to the PASSION of wanting to help others gain confidence and achieve goals they never imagined. This is just the beginning of my blog to help others.

I have my bachelors degree in Secondary Education with a major in Social Studies and focus in U.S History. I also added teaching English as an endorsement. Right after I graduated I went and traveled Europe with brother and sister for 30 days. It was incredible!

Look Ma

HOWEVER, I’m currently not using my degree. I have my teaching license but I LOST my passion after some bad teaching experiences at a high school. That could be it’s own blog. lol. BUT I LOVED teaching! I have an absolute passion for helping others and I love creating lesson plans that have hands on learning and scaffolding new information to help students use the information in a practical way. However, I was young (21) and simply not prepared for all the aspects of teaching.

I was afraid to ask for help because the toxic work environment and I had little to no support. I do look back and realize I had a lot of people cheering for me, that I let down. I resigned after the first semester. Then the second semester was 10 times better. I still was thinking MAYBE teaching wasn’t for me… and left.

After one of the best days working and teaching students. I captured the moment

I got my CNA license to look for another career. I went back to college to expand my knowledge and grow more.

The next thing I did was irresponsible looking back…

I just packed up my stuff and moved to Colorado. No job lined up just LEFT.

I found an amazing job in my dream school district from old job searches. I was going to be a Para and work with students in the Autism program.

My passion was SPARKED again! I love my job. The team and entire family at the school are fantastic! The entire school has a growth mindset and open communication. It is an amazing work environment that promotes learning in a positive way.

My life calling is to help others and educate them!

During the COVID-19 era of our lives I got my certification for Life Coaching through an online class. To help me with future students and building goals.

BOOM. INSPIRED. TRIGGERED. I knew I wanted to help people by being a CONFIDENCE COACH.

My entire life I’ve had an odd amount of confidence. But failing at my career, living alone, being plus sized, being irresponsible, not thinking through my life choices, all my life struggles and successes added to my confidence. That Confidence has allowed me to do SO MUCH. When you have confidence so much FREEDOM comes with that. I LOVE myself and I know what ever I decide to do I am strong and capable.

If had this confidence when my career was challenging I think my life would be extremely different. I wish I had someone that grabbed me and shook me and convinced me I was smart, capable, and one of the best god damn teachers to be at that school.

I wish I had someone that guided me and helped me through a lot of my life to realize my full potential and not be stuck behind fear or my strong desire to please others. I wanted everyone to like me and look up to me. That’s a lot of pressure that can drain your confidence.

My story isn’t as extreme as other people. I know and I accept that. I’ve never struggled with BIG body confidence issues or mental health issues that I’ve seen my close friends go through. That’s kinda weird to bring up but I wish I could help everyone realize their confident self.

I genuinely CARE about others and I want to help. I’m passionate about self love, self acceptance, body positive, growth mindset and living a happy life.

I want this blog to help others and I want my experience to help others. I want EVERYONE to live their best lives and reach goals they never thought they could!

This is just the beginning of my vision to help others gain confidence and achieve goals they never imagined.

Hey that person could be YOU!

Thank you so much for reading this post! It means a lot to me to share my story and to ensure you I’m genuine and passionate.
